Since 1996 Athanasios – Nektarios served various technical, advisory, commercial and managerial positions in leading ICT Integration and Consultancy providers in Greece and abroad. During his career either as a systems/network engineer, solution designer, business developer / account manager, project manager, or trusted Advisor and Trainer, Athanasios – Nektarios, architected and/or implemented business focused ICT solutions and successfully delivered numerous projects for private or public corporations and federal government agencies.
He currently provides advisory and training services in handling organizational challenges by utilizing relevant Service Management, Information Security, IT Governance, Project Management, Sourcing, Process and Service Improvement best practices and standards. His main domains of expertise are Information Security (ISO/IEC 2700x), IT Governance (CobiT, ISO/IEC 38500), IT Service Management (ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000), Organizational Resilience, Project Management (PRINCE2, PMBOK). Athanasios – Nektarios ideally utilizes both his experience and best practice expertise in order to improve IT’s overall value contribution to the Business.
He currently holds various professional certifications such as Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA) by ISACA, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) by (ISC)2, COBIT Foundation Certificate by ISACA, ISO/IEC 20000 Auditor by APMG, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant by itSMF, ISO/IEC 27002 Foundation Certificate by ΕΧΙΝ, ITILv2 Service Manager and an ITILv3 Expert by ΕΧΙΝ, PRINCE2 Practitioner Certificate by APMG, Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI.
